Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. So if you have not received your order within the estimated period of time noted, below, or if you need to know where your order is, please contact us with your order number, and we will send you a tracking number.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Because all items are handmade, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. It is the duty of the buyer to review descriptions, product images and contact us with any additional questions the buyer may have.
Please note, that due to inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colors seen on the buyer’s screen may not be a complete, accurate reproduction of the physical product. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, however the images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as the physical product.
Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for products received broken, damaged or lost in mail. However, in the event of such, please contact us.
The artist will fix the item if deemed salvageable. The purchaser is responsible for returning the product to Boheme Me LLC for repairs, paying for shipping and emailing us the tracking number. If an item is deemed unsalvageable, the purchaser will be notified of further options.
